Consolidate 3rd party API's -- 2

The first go-around of this project was a wasted month! Please do not bid if: A) You want to be paid in advance (I will do milestones) B) Cant actually start the project in a timely fashion C) Cant write in C# D) Bid low, only to try and negotiate higher after awarded. All 4 of these occurred with last project, what a joke and waste of time. ---------- PROJECT Need to consolidate 3rd party API's into a single C# DLL. Each site/systems API needs to be molded into a single DLL that our engine can call, passing the 3rd party ID and credentials, etc. The dll then translates the call into the 3rd party engines API and does the work. You must know or learn each 3rd party API as well as be able to test your work for the following functions: Written in C# DLL .net version 2 or higher. All source to be provided. All test accounts for 3rd party sites to be provided. DLL will be an easy uniform integrator to 3rd party sites API’s or EDI. DLL will have 2 main functions. Loop through to build the XML file or whatever the 3rd party API needs. Returns the result ID from the 3rd party OR an error in the format "ERROR: xxxxxx"; 3rd party sites provide an ID of the import in case we need to review. ArrayList ExportItems(int Region, string ClientName, string ClientKey1, string ClientKey2, out string Error); Returns a list of current in-stock and sellable location items from the third party containing all info the 3rd party can supply (current stock, price,etc). OR an error in the error string format "ERROR: xxxxx" This is really a translation of various sites API's into a single DLL. Its not a not of "Coding" but is some leaning/research of each 3rd parties API
