c# / XAML: Application Launch Pad UI Design

I'm looking for a experienced c# XAML Developer / Designer to migrate a existing launch pad application from WinForms to XAML. The launch pad application is used in a business application to logon users without passwords (as a lightweight Single-SignOn Solution). Current Status of new version is still in prototyping phase and the business logic will be implemented later, but I need some help to get startet with the first UI design. Required tasks: - completion of a UI prototype (prefered using Blend) with Metro look and feel (more Windows 8 metro look than Windows Phone, currently using [login to view URL]). - UI Prototype should contain a concept how to integrate different application layouts (the launch pad part should be dockable to windows desktop or a tray popup, dialogs for logon and settings have to be integrated nicely). - Implementation of a logon dialog that allows to select different logon profiles (some with password input, others with certificate input or Kerberos, this should be displayed similar as in Windows 7/8 logon screen. - Implementation of a settings wizard that guides through the steps to configure a logon server and a authentification method (again password, certificate or kerberos) - improvement (transitions and resive effects) for current layout of logon pad The business logic will be added at a later stage, but as the project uses mvvmlight there is allready a blendable sketch that can be used for design. Project is not at a very high priority, so it would be enough if you have only some hours a week. If it works well, I may also add other required implementation parts to the project task list.
