CRM MS Dynamics pop up

I want to create a windows application/service that has capability to bring up a contact page on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This application will be passed with a telephone number, it will need to search for a contact with that telephone number and if it finds the contact it will prompt the user to open the contact i.e. Via screen pop notification, users can preview found entities before choosing to open a corresponding CRM record. Screen Popping (purpose) This application is for our call centre where we want to identify a customer before a call gets answered and using that information to automatically find and load their contact details. Automating this process vastly reduces the amount of time our employees spend finding out who a customer is and instead means they can get straight to helping the customer with their enquiry. Caller ID Screen Popping The simplest way of identifying a customer and screen popping their details is using their caller ID, We already have caller ID available and can pass it to this application via TCP/IP port or command line.
