Basically am wanting someone with experience to work on creating an API for my SQL Server Database, currently I have been using a C# handler (ashx) however things have changed and there are more requirements for the API than have been setup in the handler. I am looking for someone that knows how to do this in visual studio 2013 and can work on my machine using teamviewer (i have a corporate licence for teamviewer).
