Data formatting using c#

The details are here: [login to view URL] Summary: I have this data in columns so i need code to format it...I will give it tablename and it will make a new copy of the table and format as much data as possible. BY formatting i means similar items in same column. Example: inner diameters appears many times in different columns so it should all be in column 1, same with [login to view URL] please do not hard code as its just an example i have columns with many many possibilities of words so it needs to be dynamic can run on any table similar structure. Thank you
