Build Social Media Login Process for Website

This project will be ideal for someone who has already developed an asp.net web site using social media logins with OWin where further information about the user is persisted in a database. For someone in that position this micro project will be largely copy and paste. I need a Visual Studio 2013 asp.net web forms solution created from the standard template that just contains the essentials for login via Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Twitter and Yahoo using OWin. It needs to collect tokens to use for each media and ideally collect all info and show it in text boxes on the standard register page. At the least, the required info would be suggested username, first name, last name, email address, gender, current city, home town, date of birth and profile image link. Where a social media platform does not provide that piece of info it can be left blank for the user to fill in. When a user presses save, these details should be saved to the user store in SQL Server. The user should be redirected to a profile page that shows these user details, which should be easily available within the application. It needs to be production ready, secure and check for obvious issues like a user declining permissions. Login buttons for each type should be the official buttons. I have ids and secrets for each of these social media so those can be left blank for me to fill in those details. Further work may be available for someone who provides a quality solution.
