Add a new feature to existing softeare in C#

We are 3 guys and one lady with more than 4+ years of experience on dotNet, Android, iOS, Php and Web Designing. I have been working on dotNet for the past 4 years and we can fix it up in a couple of days. I can write a simple program in visual studio c# .net to create a new feature to store a integer value and then increment it using a push button, This well also include all relevant SQL script required. I would like to take on this project in C#, but first if you could let me know what type of database you are talking about and whether or not the field is already available in the database for the counter value to be stored. Hi, Expert in .NET. A quick question though. The button is going to be per row or just one button on form? If its something which can be managed at an application level or may be a file handler,we can save it there too.
