Hello! I have experience programming in C / C + + for almost 20 years. Devices based on Arduino, I'm doing more than 3 years. I have experience making "smart house" on the Arduino. What will be the input for the control? Are you seeking for an automatic tracking (like following faces) or is it a human-input controlling (like a remote control)? In case of automatic tracking via the result of the camera there's the need of further processing capacity, since Arduino is too limited to process video. Then we would need to use as input another source (as, for example, a serial stream of data from another computer/controller), which would represent no problem to do this controller.
