Developing a map editor using C#.NET..

I am developing a map editor for my project and I already have someone working with me but the project is big and it requires another programmer in the team. Whoever joins with me is agreeing to work for long term, this is a full time job position and it may take couple of years at least before the project is over. If you are interested to work for long term I am your man.

Here are the requirements to be accepted for this project, you have at least over five years of experience in game development, have knowledge in DirectX and XNA. Knowledge in C++ is a plus and will give you a plus in getting hired. I have attached here the current state of my program to get an idea what is the project is and where we are heading.

1) I need someone to help me in bug fixing of the current project.

2) An object have an X, Y and height coordinate (Z), so when I plot an object the information about the object is plotted on that coordinate in the map, but after a certain height the object would be plotted on the next layer of the map. I need someone to be able to implement map layers where the layers are dynamic. Anyone who joins in this team will be working for long terms, I will be assigning new assignments for the new team member to complete until the project reached final stage. If you are looking for long term project, I am your man.

3) In the object editor a user get to pick number of frames for animation to be played, I need to implement smooth animation play with no flickers and have the user set the speed of the animation.

4) When an object editor is added to the list and plotted on the map, on the map the animation of the object will be played.

5) Finally, the new team member will go online so that we can discuss developing the engine for the editor so while we are working on the editor we will work on the engine at the same time.

P.S "For layer, I need to add a feature in the map editor where a person get to pick the current available layer to edit the objects and tiles on that layer, and when the person selects original layer the map editor reverts back to it's state. I am more than happy t

There are couple of bugs in the current project who wins will first need to fix:

1) When I plot on the map editor eventually it becomes very, very, very slow to plot the next tile or object..depending on the size of the map..I need this to be fixed.

2) Re-optimize the object stacking to work better than it's current stage.
