develop a library to extract data/modify a TVirtualStringTree control in an existing Delphi executable

I would like to have a class library written in c#.net or c++ that would allow to control a TVirtualStringTree control(Delphi custom control) in an existing Delphi application that I do NOT have a source code for, I have only an executable of it. This library should be able to 1) extract data from cells of the TVirtualStringTree control 2) add/delete rows to the TVirtualStringTree control 3) select row of the TVirtualStringTree control of a running Delphi application. I plan to use the library from a thread that is dll-injected into the running Delphi application. Thanks, Tony
