CBuilder 6 to XE2 preliminary exploration project

This is a preliminary exploration if there is any interest in a project to translate/port a CBuilder 6.0 software application to CBuilder XE2. This is a larger project and can lead to additional porting and development opportunities. This bid is for $100.00 only to allow to connect to qualified applicants and to appreciate any interest. The main project is most probably $10K+ and will be posted separately.
