medical center software

I need a software to be used in a medical centre(poly clinic) and I need the following features: 1) database: this is to keep record of each patient contains file number, full name, telephone numbers, email, address, etc..In addition I need to register insurance number, relatives contact in case of emergency, name of referring doctor, social information like marital status, has children or not, has job or not, does he smoke or not, does he drink alcohol or not, and all his other related matters including his/her photo, and advanced appointment system including reminders and possible SMS messages 2) Electronic medical file to store medical information for each visit and contains information like: main complain, symptoms, history of the disease, past medical history, family medical history, current medication, differential diagnosis, definitive diagnosis, prescription medication and we should be able to store information like: X-rays pictures and photos, lab results, different reports like gastroscopy, colonoscopy, echo, stress test, gynecology, ECG, and dental charts,and summary of medical reports and all related medical matters . 3) The financial reports including: price lists of all medical services with payments in cash and possible credit card payments with possible invoices to the insurance companies that the Customer pays small amount per visit and the rest has to be charged on his insurance company on monthly bases. The system should also allow us to make reduction or even make it free for some patients or they can pay later, the system should calculate our purchases and expenses and salary payments for our employees and number of paid holidays per year( usually 2.5 days per month) ,Etc..
