Command line, read serial port to text file

Platform: Windows XP Language: C++, Delphi not .net GUI: No command line we require a program that will record the data input to a serial port to a text file. The system needs to record 10 seconds of data per port and log any ports with errors starting at port 1 and going to port 30 it needs to create a log file per port and per baud rate we need to scan once at 4800 baud and once at 38400 the output will be a folder on C:\ example C:\log\4800\com1_06_01_10_17_00..txt C:\log\38400\[login to view URL] If the system cant open a port create the log file but enter 'can not open serial port X inside it insted of the data) If the system cant find the port create the log file but enter 'can not find serial port x inside it insted of the data) The system should then exit we need no GUI the application should just start as soon as it is running and we do not want any poppup boxes as this will be running on an automated diagnostic system any questions please ask delivery time ASAP
