Bot get posts from wordpress and post them to my wordpress

I need the follwing application, which can posting same posts From Wordpress To My Wordpress..

Step 1: The application must visit ([url removed, login to view]) wordpress website in every 10 minutes,

and it should checking posts.

Step 2: If there is a new post then the application should login to website with the login details what i will give you. (because only logged users can see the full posts)

3, The application should get the full posts content and post name and re-post them to my own wordpress site

**** If the posts has any url (link) it should change them before posting (changing every url to 1 static url what i will give you)

The posts are should be 100% same, most of posts has images. the image source should be same as the original site.

I only need the future releases from rss, i dont need the old posts.

/ It should checking the source website in every 10 minutes / It also has an RSS / It should be full auto system / It must running on Windows / It will run in 24h in dedicated server!!!
