I am looking for somebody to build me a realizable window that will overlay onto most modern pc games. I need the window to open at a static size, but allow the user to dynamically stretch and move the position on the screen. The screen would have to open and close based upon a button command. Similar to xfire.
This window needs to allow me to place whatever code I want into the window. For example if I want to place a banner in this window to display, or change it to a different image, or maybe even change out the script entirely.
If the window opens at 400x60 resolution, I will be able to place a code snippet on the backend for a banner, and the software should overlay the banner perfectly into the game.
I am thinking a program in the system tray, where I can set the dimensions of the window and a box where I can put my own code in. C++, Java, Visual Studio
Open my game (Wow, COD, LoL, ect..)
Press Ctrl+Alt+T and have the window load onto my screen.
This would have to be done without hooking, as it is very important that this does not get detected by steam, punkbuster, and other major anti-cheat systems.
