Developer for Windows CE 5 and later

Our company manufactures various industrial handheld computers with various operating systems. We are looking for developers to provide on-going software development and maintenance support for Windows CE 5.0 and later Windows versions. Our intention is to find a skilled developer in Windows CE so please post your usual hourly rate and a link to any relevant experience in the area of Win CE. We have an immediate requirement for a freelancer to help solve the following problem… --------- The timeouts under My Device -> Control Panel -> Power -> Schemes with Power Scheme set to Battery Power are inaccurate. Experiments have shown that these timeouts use the system tick and not the RTC. The system tick is set in file: \PLATFORM\S3C2440\Src\Common\Timer\timer.c function: OALTimerInit() Checking the period inside the OALTimerIntrHandler() by toggling a port line, indicates that it is set accurate enough. So something else is upsetting the timeouts. For example, setting all three to 2mins results in a timeout of 7mins. --------- Source code will be available for access to developers with the appropriate expertise.
