Delphi Advisory + Delphi to Web development

Dear Sir, I have downloaded & reviewed your application. Only one problem is - I don't know all rules of sport bridge (heard, but never played), but had experience in such kind of play (much simplified version of such game is Russian "Preference"), so, main principals are clear for me. So, what can I say about application: it has "old style" interface (looks as written approx 7-8 years ago) with very limited set of features which looks not very user-friendly. Also I have found lots of "stubs" for different functions, so, application is in the beginning phase (seems main logic of game was implemented, but I had no ability to check its correctness). I have about 14 years of pure experience in Delphi (this is my specialization) from position of junior developer to top manager in one small software company (max team size under my management - 5 developers). Last two year me & my team (+2 Delphi developers) are working on freelance (you can look at our profile on our primary freelance site [login to view URL]). I had experience in development of several web based applications using Delphi & I can provide detailed explanation (of course with examples) how to make your application "web based", but all depends on meaning of your words "it can be available online" - if this means that client (desktop application which I saw) should have ability to play with others via your web server - then all is clear, if not - I want to hear explanation of your vision. Currently I have quite busy working schedule, but for management & consultations I'll find time. So, the best variant for me is hourly-based payment for time which I spent to consult your developer. By posted bid you can obtain price for one hour in 8-hours day.
