This project is simple, we only need this program to work on windows 7 64 bit, it only works on windows xp currently https://www.freelancer.com/projects/C-Programming-CPlusPlus-Programming/Change-wallpaper-based-shortcut-focus.html Basically it's a program with .dll (to modify shell extension handler) that alters desktop wallpaper based on shortcut.. e.g We have the finished andd working program that woks on xp. The previous freelancer didn't respond to my request so i start this project.. It's not a complicated project since we have the finished program so i can't set the budget too high.. Hi There! I understand that you had a program made for you that changes the descktop wallpaper as the user HOVERS descktop shortcuts, only hovers, user does not have to CLICK the shortcut. I also understand that it only works now on Windows XP and that you want it to work on Windows 7 as well.
