Build a powerful server like HP moonshot from scratch

Hello , I would like to build a custom server for big data handling. So i would request people with relevant experience to bid for this project. I dont want somebody who doesnt have any experience on this topic. Ideal candidate should be able to design the complete server board from scratch. So in order to showcase your skills , i want the bidders to submit a document which explains lucidly the following aspects of one such server "HP Moonshot" [1] Very high level block diagram which explains lucidly how each server communicates with each other within a rack. Should be a simple and elegant block diagram. [2] Very clear explaination of overview of how the complete system works. It should cover aspects like synchronisation , resource sharing , power . [3] The key aspects which they explain about moonshot is 89% less energy , 80 % less space , 77% less cost , 97% less complex. Expain how they acheived it. [4] Now very clear block diagram with lucid explanation , how a single server board works. [5] How good are you to replicate such a system if enough funding is arranged for you? I have the investors. I have already researched and have enough details. So an ideal person will come either equal or with more details with the above document. Then i will colloborate with such a person for building the solution. I dont mind paying high. But should be worth of it. Regards, Anita.
