ARM7 & SD card creating directory code C++

We have an ARM7 with a 2GB micro SD card. We are using the philips library to read and write to the SD card. It is working. We need someone to write a routine to : 1. Check on power up if a folder in the root of the SD is present called : Data 2. If it is not present we need to create one. We can provide the library we are using. We just need someone to create C++ code to do this and we will paste it into our code. We are very busy and would like to offload this coding. The actual ARM we are using is: Microcontroller,LPC2148,ARM,60MHZ,LPC2148 Isolator-Digital,USB,ADUM3160 Analog Devices ADUM3160BRWZ The ARM USB lines go to a USB isolator from analog devices.
