Automatic Recording System 4 Camera

We need develop software for recording with special features detail: - Software must be developed on linux system. - Software must receive 4 full-hd camera Streaming (Onvif Standard) but recording on Disk, only 1 camera at a time in single stream o The selection of which camera to record depends on: - I have camera A – B – C – D, Create a special function, with name “motion factor”, this is a value that indicate how much movement there is on camera (%) value from 1 to 100 - I need to set 2 “motion factor” (X=high and Y=low) on system, and I check when motion factor is exceeded on camera A and D. - when motion factor is mayor of X register camera with exceeded value - when motion factor is minor of Y register near camera with exceeded value (B if camera is A, and C if camera is D) - There are special condition (when same camera exceeded, or no camera exceeded, but about this I send you more info after) - only one Stream I need to register, stream is mix of all camera according algorithm. - I need to set “pre-register time”, when system change camera I need to register pre on “pre-register time” setting, and overwrite previous camera  I need source code, for integrate other special algorithm and control (is possible use alarm on IP camera for change camera rec)  We use Onvif Firmware camera 2mpx 25fps Pal  Registering in 25fps Full-hd. 2 Type Graphic interface, debug, for see what recording system, and standard, only indicate system recording. When start i need to set time of recording and on interface i see countdown.
