Automated Posting Software

I need someone to come out with a bot or software which can help me to do automated posting on this forum site [login to view URL], which will help me to do re-post and easily allow me to pre-set the posting details and also the time for the re-post. I do not know what skills will require this project to be done. Kindly let me know how do you plan to go about designing this software and of course share with me your past experience. Thanks!
