I have a transportation project which involves a corridor (a stretch of land with freeways, arterials, and rail lines). In this project, four traffic management strategies will have to be applied to the said corridor; they include adaptive ramp metering, automated variable speed limits, transit signal priority, and intersection signal optimization. The simulation will be done in VISSIM, but I need to code these four traffic management strategies first in either C#, JAVA or any other language compatible with VISSIM. I will be glad if anyone could offer some professional help on this project. Please send me an email if you have an idea about how to go about it.
