Designing a PCB

I would like to develop a similar device for wearable electronics. I would like to use existing designs available online and combine some parts in the following method. I am using the mentioned parts as an example and not intending to copy the brand Adafruit. I would like the final product to work in a similar fashion such that I can use an arduino IDE to program the chip. Firstly, I would like to develop the charging circuit such that I can plug in directly to the light controller circuit via magnetic connection as such in the attached image. The type A USB will be plugged into a usb 3pin plug or laptop to charge the light circuit. Secondly, I would like to have the light controlling unit such as Gemma built in with a rechargeable li-ion battery. I am also attaching the schematics which were available online. I would like to be able to program via Arduino IDE as well and I believe the chip has to be flashed with a specific firmware as it does not come pre installed to work in arduino IDE. I would like the dimension of the whole circuit inclusive of the 500mAh battery to be at 30mm by 20mm by 10mm (l x w x h) Lastly the magnetic connects so as to be able to attach to the LEDs. All these have been explained in the attached file named as Development Circuit. I would also like to mention that the light circuit controller allows for up to 50 LEDs however if you are able to assist in the development further to include up to 300 LEDs it would be good too. If the development can be done, I would like to order 100 units for circuit1, circuit 2 and circuit 3 as circled in blue in the image. some additional resources: [login to view URL]
