Complete LED Driver Project (Physical Assembly and ATMEL Programming)

Hello all, I have recently designed a small LED driver based around a TPS7350 linear voltage regulator, and an ATMEL ATTINY13V-10MMU micro-controller. I had intended on assembling the prototypes myself, and then having someone else program the drivers. However despite my best efforts I am not capable of assembling the complete drivers. What I am after for this project is someone to finish assembling and programming the LED driver. This requires: 1) A programmer who can program the ATMEL ATTINY 13V controller. 2) A person who is capable of assembling the device - this requires the ability to SMD solder the ATTINY MCU and the TPS regulator. 3) Demonstrating full working functionality. Prototype PCBs have been obtained and assembly of the prototype boards has commenced . I have attached to this project 4 files: 1) A photo of the prototype boards (some partially assembled) 2) A PDF document detailing the circuit and PCB design of the driver. 3) A PDF document detailing the functionality of the driver, and the intended user interface (ie// what needs to be programmed). 4) A zip file ("Simple") containing firmware that contains most of the functionality that I require and some highly detailed release notes for said firmware. This firmware is designed to be used with the ATMEL ATTINY 13V SO-8 MCU in an almost identical application. Pin use on my micro-controller differs and this must be accounted for. Simply loading this firmware onto my driver will not work. The reason I am providing this firmware is to demonstrate how most of the functionality is implemented in a near identical solution. Most of the code will be a simple copy and paste. I will provide all components required to complete 5 drivers. I will also provide LEDs to test the driver with (and to demonstrate the finished driver). I also have some small PCBs that allow the ATTINY 13V 10MMU to be adapted to the ATTINY SO-8 footprint to hopefully aid with programming, though I do not know how useful they truly are... A useful resource is available at the following link which provides instructions for programming SO-8 footprint ATMEL ATTINY13 chips, along with links to example code: [login to view URL] The above reference is where I sourced my "Simple" code from. **************************************************************************** Please note I CANNOT provide a way to program the controller while soldered to the driver - with what I have the controller needs to be programmed off board, and then soldered onto the driver to test functionality. This is why I am seeking someone who can do both aspects in one hit - because they will need to be able to program the controller, and then assemble it to test. **************************************************************************** In order to be awarded this project the following requirements are highly desired: - References showing that you are capable of ALL ASPECTS required to complete this task. Please do not bid if you know you cannot provide examples! - Excellent grasp of the English language. This project is hard enough for me to explain as it is! - Excellent and prompt communication skills. I have had too many projects where getting information out of the person doing the work is an exercise in frustration.
