Hello, I am an embedded systems designer and developer and would love to work on this OBD2 project as have done some work before on the same. The path I used previously contained sending required PID's as SMS after a predetermined time but can also use HTTPS POST or what ever you like but in this case will need an all time internet connected server with static address on the other side. Please note that the system which I will design(for which I bid) will work as a middle man between the elm327 device to read data and sent to a internet connected server. If you want me to incorporate the elm327 dongle portion also then it will take more time and resources.(about 2 months and 5000 USD) Kindly contact for further conversation and award of project if interested. regards, Ali

I can make you hardware which read data from OBDII port(Read configured PID's in sequence) and send data to some server... It can use LAN, WiFi or GPRS/3G/LTE connection(You must tell me what exactly do you need)... Also there is option to update FW over inthernet or USB, USB or REMOTE configuration...
