C++ Help find error

I need help on a C++ program. Its very simple, I wrote all the code and everything works besides one small mistake. I can't find it nor do I know what it is. For a programmer its something very small.I attached the program below please help. Need it done with in an hour. The programs error is when I press q to quit the program it gives me an error. Also, the programs needs to be set to except capital and lower case letters.
