Code Signing Expert Needed

Hi Guys, I am looking for a person who can help me find adding my product to the Microsoft trusted publishers list. I am able to Code Sign my assemblies successfully. But still Microsoft smartscreen pops up and prevents my app setup from being running. I get this error [login to view URL] But when I click the More Info link, it shows the publisher name and product name not "Unknown Publisher" which means code is signed. I want to get rid of this error screen. If you have prior experience, with the Trusted Publishers thing, you can bid on this project and it will be a quick work for you.
