Hello I have got a peice of work I was trying to do in preparation for my computing 2 exams in university and it appears am abit stuck on one of the examples I was trying to do. The problem in question is attached to this message as "Assignment Question". The problem entails writing a computer code to decode an encoded passage. Rather than pay a tutor just for this, I will prefer if a someone who is familiar with this sort of problem to do it quickly for me and I will pay them. I will please want the steps of the solution to be outlined please. This project shouldn't take more than 2 hours if you know what to do and so I will need it today please.
