Data extract/modify from existing program (exe) reverse

hi I am a professional reversing engineer having more 7 years of experience with excellent reversing skill. I had been reversed a lot of applications. I checked the attached file, but i cann't excute the application. How can i see the application is excuted? Best regards, Thanks.

Hi, I'm an experienced reverse engineer. I have checked the file, and it is lightly protected by Themida 2, what are bad news. As you say, the program only works with external hardware, but it seems I have access to all algorithm and main data. But it is very huge and very complex. I have done similar jobs with mobile protocols, so I understand what I see, but it is a very complex project. Inside are a lot of data that is sent for each protocol. I'm not sure if you only need one protocol or all, but that would be very slow to extract for all (if possible).
