I am looking for someone to develop a Windows Mobile application to record and send the voice file to a given number in binary SMS format. Specifications: R1. Use Windows voice recorder control API to create a voice recorder. Recorder should provide record, stop, play and send functions R2. When the user clicks record button application records the voice to a temporary .wav file. On clicking stop the recording is complete. Play button plays the last recorded file. R3. When user clicks send, application sends the last recorded .wav file to a preconfigured number in binary SMS format. This number should be obtained from a Windows registry entry. Sending status is shown using a message. R4. Application should be tested on Windows Mobile 5 and 6 on PocketPC and Smartphone
