Conquest of Java RTS game (re-posted)

We are looking for an RTS/Trading simulation called "Conquest of Java" to be developed for us. We were thinking about something like the classic title "Theocracy" which was released several years ago. The gameplay is that you are a King of a small Kingdom in ancient Indonesia. You fight with other Kingdoms for territory and try to build up your economy and military strength before the Dutch colonials invade and you have to battle it out with them as well. P.S.: Posted 2nd time as first bidder retracted the bid after being accepted for reasons unknown to us. Hopefully 2nd time round we're more lucky.
