Sorry Mr because for develope only serial interface you have to only give me belove information, i will create you for free, it will take my few hours. first you have to give me interfacing information 1) which comm port u are using for interface like 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 2) boud rate like 9600 or whatever 3) flow control like hardware, none 4) databit and stopbit 5) inputmode like text or binary 6) handshaking like none or rst and some more item as your requirement, but be alert i will only display your input to computer for free, but if you want to develope database or other further program i charge too much extra. i never done project less than 6000$ for any kind. so if you only want to display your input string on computer and you want to convert the input string i help you by developing a file where input string for perticular second will feeded you for each second in tabular manner. but if you want to develope whole project consider you have to pay more than 6000$. but dont confused i will develope a demo for you first then if you are happy then you have to pay for full version.
