Big Game Project--on limited budget

The theme for this game will be something related to this,

That is just to show you the overall theme.

I have decided to hire someone on doing this for me.

NOTE: the game does not have to look like that---but it should have the expectations that I am looking for.

The game will be based on a rap game. This game will be an online.

User(s) can create their avatar within the game, then enter on a stage and rap battle against another person.

How would the user rap against another user?

Through microphones--so that is why I would like the game to be mic compatible--where a user can input their microphone into their computer, and they can rap through their mic. (So it can almost be a rap battle)

Who will know who win?

This is where I would like to have the option of having a “guest” tune in.

This is just a person who is just listening to the rap battle.

I would like to have somewhere on the screen- how many live audiences (that is simply the guest’s that are tuning in) there is.

After the battle is finish, I would like to have the options of all of the guests that are tuning in the option to choose who wins. Simply by choosing who is the winner—rapper 1 or rapper b. The rapper 1 would be on the left side of the screen and rapper 2 on the right side.

What will happen if the winner is already chosen?

Then both of the users will simply return to the main lobby.

Where they can decide to battle a different user.

I would like the main lobby to have a chat –so users can chat with each other.

Also, the option to click on a user and see information related to them.

(The option of the user should have total wins and losses).

Where would the music come for the rap battle?

Mostly from other people I have hired, but I would like the game to come with at least two different type of beats (so users can rap from) I would also like to add more beat tracks later on…

Some of the features I would like this game to have are as follow:

-microphone compatibility (which I already explained above)

-main lobby (where the user is re-directed after a rap battle)

-avatar creator (which a user can create their own avatar with different clothes to choose from)

Two different types of clothes for a boy and two different types of clothes for a girl

Please make the clothes style simple for now...

I would also like to be able to have the option of creating different style of clothes for later on…

The background of the stage (where the rap battle will take place should look similar to this)

And please let the game come with at least two different stage backgrounds.

I would also like the rappers to have audiences.

Please make it possible for me to add sound later on…

(You don't have to worry about adding sounds for the audience—but it would be nice if you did)

I would also like it to be possible for me to edit the game from time to time.

For now, I am starting small-but I plan on going big. I would also like to have a long-business relationship of the team or person(s) who decides to take on this project for me.
