I require a dll that is compatible with the .Net framework, specifically C#. It must be able to automatically solve the challenges found on [url removed, login to view] with at least 25% accuracy with no human intervention. It should work in the following way: I reference the dll in my project, which then allows me to call a function from in it, passing either a bitmap or the path to the captcha. It will then solve it and return the string that the captcha contains. It should not rely heavily on third party files (dlls, etc), and must not use excessive amounts of CPU power.
