Bluetooth advertising for linux server

Bluetooth proximity advertising software. this site has the same server i wish to use and the uses i need itto perform [login to view URL] need small box which can transmit messages to nearby 300ft phones. You must have a demo of something similar application so i can test myself. Must have automatic authentication (no pairing) The system should also remember which mobiles have received the message and not send again - but this memory should be able to be wiped very easily so that you can resend to every mobile again very quickly. I would also be an advantage if the operator could print out a report of what has been sent to each mobile and who received and who did not
