Custom GUI to enter and print data

Specification program requirements: Need a GUI of some sort that will allow the input of the following items into a database: [login to view URL] number [login to view URL] part number [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] specifications will be entered in a line by line basis. [login to view URL] are strings of text, up to 300 characters long. [login to view URL] can be many specifications, or no specifications. [login to view URL] user should have the ability to enter in as many or as few as required. Most likely there would be some sort of a “complete” button in order to indicate that the data entry for that one part was complete. [login to view URL] be able to modify and add specification fields in the future. This data should then be able to be printed out in the following format: Part number Alternate part number Name (empty check box) Specification #1 (empty check box) Specification #2 ….. (empty check box) Last Specification OR the following format is also acceptable: Part Number Alternate Part Number Name (empty check box) Specification #1 (empty check box) Specification #2 ….. (empty check box) Last Specification The empty check boxes allow an employee to examine the product and then check off each specification making sure it has been met. Printouts will only print the number of specifications that are actually entered, not a list of empty boxes as well. This program should include the GUI to enter the data, it should create the database (Microsoft access?), and then have some sort of GUI that can be used to print out a range of part numbers with specifications (as described) or a specific part number with its specifications (as described). It would be nice if the items were sortable by the Part number or Alternate part number. Final field names will be supplied once a bid is accepted. You must be able to provide examples of your work.
