There are many things you can do in Dubai. one could be a construction company since there are always construction projects going on there. Also an IT or consultancy company as Dubai is a real Mecca for businesses and they all have computer problems. Also, there are many great ports within Dubai so an import/export business would be great for that area. Just a few ideas off the top of my head.
