Businessplan writer (USA market)

We are looking for a business advisor specialized in Private Equity and business regulation in the USA. The objective of this project is analyzing and improving a concept version of a Business Plan. The plan is fully developed and completed with a solid financial plan. The financial plan is designed for a country in the European market with the applicable regulations in Europe. The financial plan needs to be adjusted so it works with the rules applicable for the USA market. What do we have currently: 1. A business plan containing approx. 15 pages. This plan has been tested by an accountant and business specialist before. I expect that this plan will not need much changes. The work involved is analyzing these 15 pages and to give advises how we can fine tune the plan for the US market. 2. A financial Excel sheet, which has been checked by an accountant specific for the European market. This document has everything needed for a concrete private equity proposal. It contains sections like profit and losses till IRR and NPV. No changes are needed for the structure of the document. The work needed for this plan are: A. Changing the Tax calculations based on the US market B. Analyzing the results of financial calculation and to advise us the best offering to private equity.
