I am looking for someone who can write a business plan for my cousin's new start-up business. He is not willing to pay more than £50 since it is a small business and he will not even spend more than £1600 for his start-up. However, he has to complete this business plan as pre-condition. I have almost all relevant numbers and details, so I only need someon who can put them together and make the business plan attractive in terms of "wording".
