Banking and Foreign Ownership regulation in China

I am completing a feasibility study for an athletic apparel company who are looking to establish a Chinese subsidiary in Shanghai.
I have old information regarding the following topics;
- repatriation of funds
- business registration
- account opening
-tariffs (note the current information i have is in relation to a luggage company, it needs to be updated for athletic apparel)
All the information needs to be referenced to current Chinese regulatory websites so that i double check the information and know that it is correct.
The attached document is all the old information that i need to update.
Person completing the work must have knowledge of Chinese regulation (opening bank accounts, registering a business & paying dividends back to parent company (in respect of foreign ownership of a subsidiary within China).
