business case of an innovative Information System

Prepare and establish a business case of an innovative Information System (IS) for an Islamic-based organization e.g. JAKIM, IKIM, Mosques, IHL, Zakat/Wakaf centre, Islamic State Dept., Pilgrimage Fund, PUSRAWI, HDC, OIC Trade/Knowledge Exchange Portal, and YAPEIM. This IS shall enables this organization to become a global "Centre of Excellence" (CoE) in their own respective focus areas (10-15 pages). Suggested format: Executive Summary - Summarize Problem statement & goals/MOV for implementing IS Introduction Organization vision, missions, goals and objectives + Organization Chart Current organization products/services, customers/partners, performance, issues &challenges Problem Statement Opportunity or/and problems Proposed IS Solution Title & Description - Project's objectives/MOV with a brief description of basic system functionality + main use-case diagram (UCD) How does this proposed IS Solution will bring the organization to the next level; support and deliver organization's missions, goals and objectives; resolving current problems + grab/ capitalize opportunity; demonstrate Islamic-based organization as a potential global CoE. Proposed at least three Solution alternatives Proposed Alternative 1/2/3 - Goals/MOV, benefits, budget, resources, timeline, risks Summary - Comparison of advantages/disadvantages between proposed alternatives Recommended Solution - Reasons why this alternative is the recommended solution to the above Problem Statement in terms of achieving Goals/MOV, budget, resources & expertise, timeline, risks, etc
