Mailwizz email marketing sending speed issues

We have Mailwizz installed on a dedicated server with:
2 Cores 3.95 GHz
4 Threads HT
8GB RAM
Another freelancer has setup a IP rotation script of 32 IP's.
The sending speed it really slow, like really really slow.
It's currently sending approx 1000 emails per hour!!!
I'm looking for closer to 20K per hour.
Yes I am aware of the blacklisting implications of sending this volume, but it's speed I'm looking for.
I need the sending speed increased.
