HELLO, I AM ARCHITECT VENEZUELAN CENTRAL COLLEGE GRADUATE OF VENEZUELA, IF YOU CAN SEE MY PORTFOLIO, WHICH IS IN LINE, YOU WILL SEE A SAMPLE OF OUR WORK, ALONG MY EXPERIENCE, WHICH HE COULD PARTICIPATE IN CHARACTER PROJECT HOUSING, AGRO INDUSTRIAL WELFARE, AND INDUSTRIAL., HE ALSO HAD the opportunity to develop IN GRAPHIC DESIGN AND 3D MODELING,, HE wORKED WITH AUTOCAD SINCE 1992 AND ALSO USE PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR, LIGHTROOM, AND OTHER TOOLS FOR ADDITIONAL MY WORK.

I am a NYC area architect, licensed in NJ, and pending licensure in NY. I work primarily on projects in NY state so am extremely familiar with the building codes. Without additional detail, I cannot pitch much of a proposal, but would be very capable to do any code review and updates to drawings via CAD or by hand as needed. You state that you need a licensed NY architect but please clarify the intended need for this. If you need signed and sealed drawings, I will be licensed soon in NY however would require an additional fee and would need to provide additional review of the drawings to be comfortable with the submission. As sealed drawings exposes licensed professionals to liability and puts the project on their records, this is a necessity. Please let me know, and again the stated bid price is for code review and compliance only. RbL Designs
