Architectural design and drawings

I have a one-story building made out of cement block, with a flat roof. I want to build a second-story to this building comprising two thirds of the space, leaving one third as a patio. In order to meet the building code, it has to have an elevator from the bottom floor, as well as a stairwell on the opposite end of the building. There will be one executive office, two administrative offices, a break room, a resource library, a bathroom, a bedroom, and a classroom for about 12 students. Most of the walls will be made out of sliding glass door panels, like our office on the main level. I would like to include solar panels on the roof top. I can add photos of the building, as well as finished drawings from the build out of the office on the main floor, so you are not starting completely from scratch.
