Interior Store Design

We are in the progress of constructing a retail clothing store. A Floorplan and a prelim design drawing are attached. In order to apply for this project you must provide a 3d sample an interior view. We would like you to use your creativity and colors. The retail space is for a mid- to mid-high level clothing store. The floor plan attached is only the first floor, which caters to women's clothing only. If you are selected you will receive more files, including images of the exterior building, autocad floor plans, furmiture fixture plans, HVAC layout, and current images of the as built construction. For the project you are bidding on, you will ultimately have to submit the following: 1. 4 corners 3D renderings of each floor (2 floors - Men's and ladies) 2. updated exterior 3d rendering with lanscaping and parking. 3. neccessary autocad fixture plans 4. neccessary autocad lighting and ceiling plan.
