Designer needed to develop a floor plan for a high-end beauty salon. The salon will feature 10 stylists stations, 4 pedicure stations, 4 manicure stations, 3 massage rooms, 5 hair wash stations, 5 hair drying stations, a reception area, a color area, an office, an employee break/training/locker room and retail product displays. Hopefully in developing the floor plan, the designer will able to advise me of the overall square footage needed to amply accommodate the service facilities. I am also concerned with flow of the design and the ambiance created by the placement of the stations. I would like to have a 3D and a detailed autoCAD version of the floor plan.
