Build a Website

I want to build a listing website for listing various services.. check out this link for a demo.. [url removed, login to view] I am thinking of buying this theme but i need some customization:

1. I need a forum integrated with this theme as i want to build a community. The benchmarking for that forumcan be www.pagalguy.com.

2. I want advanced filtering options also. For eg. when a user goesto a category for like restaurants, the whole list of restaurants will appear but than he should be ableto filter down as per his needs, like gives home delivery, location bangalore etc, has valet parking, serves buffet. So all these services can be mentioned by the listing owner and than user should be able to filter it out as per his needs.

3. I also want that one business can be listed under different categories. For eg. if i am listing educational institutes than an institute can list himself under the category digital marketing as well as under Java training and hence under as much categories as he wants.

I would like to go with this theme only [url removed, login to view] so if you can do customisation to this theme than contact me. Or if you can build such a theme from scratch.
