Change colour of a brochure (design or IT)

We have some brochures that have been created in InDesign. They have a red color treatment, but it is not the correct red. It shows as the correct red in the previewer on Google Drive, but when I download the files and open them in Acrobat they show as a brown/red (not our more vivid red). For each of the files we want both the high-res version and a low res version that is 1MB or less. Further information in the attachment.
