Blog posting on 5 different blogs through magento back end

I'm looking to build some site content through informative, unique, well-written blog posts on several start up retail sites I have. The purpose is SEO. The topics are not technical, and are consumer oriented, so there will be no shortage of ideas. I'd like someone to develop and post blog articles over a 30 day period: 20 posts per site for 100 total posts, minimum of 300 words each. You will also need to develop titles, meta-descriptions, and weave in keywords that I will define. Please send me: 1. Your billing rate for the above project 2.
